I'm not sure why I look so sad here. The reel to reel machine in the background was used during my talk show on WOHO. It had a continuous loop of tape which ran through the heads over and over as a sort of prehistoric delay, used to censor callers who said bad things. This tape loop broke about once every two days and had to be replaced. It did, however, give me seven seconds to dump bad words.
